Welcome to UGCPro.social ("the Platform"), a product built and operated by Rouell. By registering, subscribing, or using any part of this Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
UGCPro.social is intended for individual UGC (User Generated Content) creators based in India. You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
All plans are paid — there is no free tier. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You may not use UGCPro.social to:
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant UGCPro.social a limited, non-exclusive licence to display that content on your public profile page. We will never sell your content to third parties.
We aim to keep UGCPro.social available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your public profile will be unpublished. Your data is retained for 30 days after which it may be permanently deleted.
UGCPro.social is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rouell shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
