UGCPro.social ("we", "our", "the Platform") is operated by Rouell. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

1. What data we collect

When you register and use UGCPro.social, we collect:

• Account data: Name, email address, username, and hashed password
• Profile data: Bio, location, social links, categories, contact details, photos, and any content you choose to add
• Payment data: Transaction IDs and plan status via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials — Razorpay handles all payment data under their own PCI-DSS compliance
• Usage data: Profile view counts (aggregated daily, no individual visitor tracking), login timestamps, IP addresses stored in server logs for security

2. How we use your data

• To operate your creator profile and deliver the service you've subscribed to
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Razorpay
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, subscription notifications)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• To improve the Platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Who we share data with

• Razorpay — payment processing. Their privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy
• Your web hosting provider — infrastructure only; no access to application data
• No other third parties receive your personal data

4. Your public profile

Information you add to your creator profile (name, bio, social links, portfolio images, brand collabs) is publicly visible at your ugcpro.social/username URL when your profile is published. You control what you share and can unpublish your profile at any time from your dashboard.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your profile is unpublished but your data is retained for 30 days. After 30 days, you may request permanent deletion by emailing us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Razorpay webhook payloads are verified using HMAC signatures. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No third-party cookie scripts are loaded on this Platform.

8. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Access and update your profile data from your dashboard
• Request a copy of your personal data by emailing us
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent to email communications by unsubscribing

9. Children

UGCPro.social is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
